A podcast focused on delivering an immersive storytelling experience that celebrates the triumphs and challenges in the lives of artists, actors, athletes, and other notable figures. Each episode includes an intimate audience of devoted fans who also participate in the conversation, making the journey compelling for both live attendees and digital consumers.

  • Amazon Music added podcasts to the service alongside goals of attracting a younger and more diverse customer base via social media. The challenge was promoting this new audio vertical to music fans despite lacking distinctive original content and established engagement formats for the newly prioritized target demographic.

    • Bars and Nuggets was conceived as a video-first series to align with the target demographic's shift toward consuming podcasts on YouTube. This series, hosted by Bimma Williams, blended in-depth interviews with audience interaction, successfully filling a market gap by offering fans closer access to their favorite artists and giving creators space to discuss their inspirations.

    • Over its two-year run, Bars and Nuggets generated more than 5 million initial podcast engagements for Amazon Music, effectively attracting a younger, more diverse listener base across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The exclusive audio version was a consistent top 10 music podcast on Amazon Music and earned nominations for Best Podcast Series from both the Webby and Shorty Awards.
